She was predeceased by: her parents, William Griffis and Naomie Hart Griffis (Omie); her husband Julian Hays; and her sisters, Velma Amyett and Ruth Nier.
She is survived by: her children, James Hays (Beverly) of Searcy, Donna Grimes (Bobby) of Judsonia and Rickey Hays (Sandy) of Judsonia; her siblings, Clois Griffis of Judsonia and Cleda Chasteen of Judsonia; her grandchildren, Philip Hays (Abby), Rachel Vanhook (Richard), Brandon Grimes (Leah), Landon Grimes (Crystal), Scotty Hays and Shannon Hays; and her great grandchildren, Finley, Ellis, Hays Vanhook, Parker, Ethan Hays, Dakota, Kayden, Bentlee Grimes, Ryan Grimes, Kaylee, Nathaniel Loftis, Addison and JT Hays.
