It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frances Howard of Judsonia, Arkansas, born in Black Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on June 13, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Charles Ward; her son Allen Merriman; her brothers, Phill and Parker Ward; and her nephew Rusty Hopper.

She is survived by : her mother Irene Ward; her daughter Teresa Williams (Lonny); her grandchildren, Tessarae Harp (Nathan), Heather Ameen (Jason) and Joshua Merriman; her sisters, Charlene Smith (Hal), Floy Payne (Bill), Angela Cosby and Elvada Ward; and her great grandchildren, Tristin, Morgan, Brentley, James and Ryleigh.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Care Chapel (111 Wilbur D Mills Ave, Kensett, AR 72082). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Cross Church (108 NE 2nd St, Kensett, AR 72082).
