She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Lackie and Ella S. Lackie; her husband Roy Lee Phillips; her brother Charles Lackie of Odessa, TX; her son Randy Lee Phillips of Little Rock; her grandson Eric S. Lankford of Round Rock, TX; and her son-in-law Dwayne Gilbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lankford (Garry) of Tyler, Connie Gilbert of Judsonia and Patricia Parrett (Kennith) of Bald Knob, Arkansas; her brother Curtis Lackie of Ely, NV; and her grandchildren, Angela Lankford of Tyler, TX, Matthew Lankford (Lauren) of Hutto, TX, Billy Gilbert (Angela) of Falls City, OR, Melody Wyatt (Josh) of Sherwood, Kimberly Willams of Sherwood, Michael Phillips of Sherwood, Jason Doughty of Bald Knob, Misty Martin (Marty), Kaysie Quinn (Aaron) and Haley Smith of Searcy, Arkansas. She is also survived by 20 Great- Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great Grandchildren, 6 nieces, 1 nephew and numerous Great and Great-Great nephews and nieces.
