She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Chapman and Effie Chapman (Penn); her husband Dorcy Whitlow; and her brother Russell Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Donnell (Kalvin); her grandchildren, Savannah Simmons (John), Jeremiah Donnell (Andrea) and Josiah Donnell (Myra); her great grandchildren, Mykah, Roman, Logan and Izaiah; and her sister Norma Humphries.
