He is survived by: his wife Darlene Philpot of Judsonia; his children, Carolyn Melton, Barbara Melton, Lauren English, Sharon Eilers of Alvarado, Robert Melton of Judsonia and Justin Montgomery of Judsonia; and his siblings, Barbara Savage of Ft. Worth, Dianne Gann of Fayetteville, Marilyn Bruce of Watson, Oklahoma and Marty Philpot of Mena. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
