He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Osborne and Maggie Jewel Hopkins (Wycough); and his brother Merle Dean Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathern Hopkins; and his sons, Danny Lynn Hopkins, Jr. (Jaymie), Nathan Bradley Hopkins (Adala), David William Wools (Barbie) and Dusty Ron Wools (Leigh-Allie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
