He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kellems and Carrie Watson Kellems; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Kellems. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Fairfield Kellems; and his children, Bill Kellems of Bradford, Troy Kellems (Leslie) of Judsonia, Daniel Kellems (Danielle) of Bradford, Dana Dollahite (Sam) of Searcy and Brandy Usery (Kenneth) of Beebe. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren; as well as many extended family and friends.
