She was predeceased by: her mother Teresa Cates; her husband Doug DeVorak; and her daughter Andrea Cooper. She is survived by: her children, LeAndra Harp, Benjamin Cooper, Rebecca Charles and Jonathan DeVorak; her siblings, Vera Warr, James Cates, Lavonna Curry and Sherry Turner; and her grandchildren, Aurora, Steel, Alliance, Bryce, Addison, Tristin, Aiden, River, Sterling, Luke and Josie.
