He is survived by: his wife Betty Harvey; his sons, William Lee Harvey (Kari) of Hardy, Jesse T. Harvey (Joanne) of Trumann, Norman G. Harvey (Laronda) of Cash and Jonathan A. Harvey; his siblings, Jack Roy Harvey (Rose) of Egypt, Leta Rose Bolton of Tuckerman and Chessie Elizabeth Jones of Newport; and his grandchildren, Kristal, William, David, Rylie, Felicia, Jesseca, Tiffany, James Cody, Lisa, Felecia, Eddie, Norma and Peter. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
