He was predeceased by: his daughter Anna Broadaway. He is survived by: his wife Cherry Whitehead Broadaway; his children, Ethan Broadaway (Mindy), Shannon Masingale (Daryl) and Gabrielle Whitton (Kenny); his grandchildren, Jordan, Brooke, Ridge Masingale, Bella, Baylor, Ember Whitton, Ozzy and Lourdes Broadaway; his great grandchildren, Evan, Nicholas, Aayla Masingale and Ayden Masingale-Norman; and his brother Nathan Townsend.
