She is survived by: her husband Nathan Medlock; her children, Delbert Medlock (Angel) of Jonesboro, Lesley Mayfield Dunlap (Tyler) of Jonesboro and Molly Johnson (Brock) of Imboden; her siblings, Tommy Mayfield of Lake City, J. R. Mayfield (Sandy Metz) of Lake City and Erma Baker (Robert) of Jonesboro; and her grandchildren, Alexis Mayfield Dunlap, Tyler Carter, Wendiegh Wyatt, Ashlyn Wyatt and Levi Johnson.
