He is survived by: his wife Alice Hayward Bell; his son Paul Bell (LeAnn) of Manila; his sister Phylis Jackson of Jonesboro; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Bell Stokes (Kade) of Caraway, Zachary Bell (Alyssa) of Bono, Ashton Bell and Addison Bell of Manila.
