He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Milburn. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Horton Milburn; his mother Lydia "Sue" Milburn; his children, Scott Hambrick (Kristie), James Milburn (Amy), Sean Milburn (Cristy), Lori Garrett (Michael) and Julie Dorris (David); his siblings, Glenn Milburn (Lisa), Troy Milburn (Melissa), Connie Crawford (Luke) and Diane Burr (Danny); and his grandchildren, Jon, Merideth, Morgan, McKenzie, Darby, Mikal, Adam, Aiden, Addison, Lukas, Emma and David. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Full Gospel Church (529 Oak St, Cardwell, MO 63829). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House, 1148 E Matthews Ave, Jonesboro, AR.
