He is survived by: his children, Christopher Billips of Freeport, Illinois, Jeffrey Phen of Freeport, Illinois and Samantha Conyers of Walnut Ridge; and his siblings, Crystal Young (Billy) of Jonesboro, Arvin R. Billips of Charlotte, Russ Davis of Walnut Ridge, Randy Davis of Pocahontas and Ray Davis of Dexter, Missouri. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
