He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Blanton O'Neal and Lewis O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his siblings, Patrick of Springdale and Mary (Matthews) of Arkadelphia; his sons, Jordan of Jonesboro and Matthew of Hickory Ridge; and his grandchildren, Kayli and Sammy.
