He is survived by: his wife Shannon Lantz; his daughters, Suzannah Lantz and Presley Lantz; his siblings, Patricia Chandler, Sophie Holland, Becky Burns and Phillip Lantz of Chicago; and his nieces and nephews, Josie Rose, Miller Johnson, Josh Lantz, Adam Lantz, Blake Self, Tyler Burns, Legend Chandler, Clay Holland, Jackson Holland, Rhett Burns and Bennett Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
