We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 72, Samella Hill of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Peel Sr. and Mabel Ellison; her brothers, Paul Peel, Billy Peel and Cleveland Peel; her aunts, Stella Watkins, Novella Neely and Hilda Eslinger; her uncle Louis Bone; and her nephew Joseph Peel.
She is survived by: her children, Vinetta Dixon (Rommie) of Wynne, Arkansas, Dorian Allen (Randy), Janice Lopez, Tammy Lasley and Keith Peel (Karen) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Debra McCurn (Jimmy), Minnie Fred Peel of Peoria, Illinois, Charles Peel (Terry) of Little Rock and Robert Peel of Little Rock; her close friend Shelby Riley of Jonesboro; and her cousin Ruth Brown of Newport. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren.
