It is with great sadness that we announce the death of RuthAnn Garner Ulrey of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Casey, Illinois, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade "Govie" Garner and Bessie Garner; her son Phillip Lee Ulrey; her husband Norman W. Ulrey; and her sisters, Wanda Gregg and Rosemary Milam.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carolyn Ulrey of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Wade Ulrey of Little Rock and Jill Lloyd (Brandy) of Jonesboro; her great grandchildren, Kaira Drope and Bennett Ditto; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Kaitlyn Lloyd.
