She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Marion Crow and Lola Frances Crow (Roush); her husband Billie Wayne Carter; her daughter Patricia Brown; her granddaughter Stacy Mullins; and her brothers, Kenneth Crow, Virgil Crow, Marion Crow and George Crow.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Robinson; her siblings, Rickey Crow (Debbie), Harold Crow, Lester Crow, Bruce Crow (Ann), Bessie Ward (Gary) and Francis Choate (Donnie); her sister-in-law Lue Crow; her grandchildren, Dara Williams (Brad), Angela Pugsley (Randy), Scottie Robinson (Tyler) and Mike Brown (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Rebecca Cravens (Hunter), Anthony Robinson (Abigail), Jacob Pugsley, Dereck Mullins (Brianne), Christopher Mullins (Tori), Brandon Pugsley (Mika), Adrian Brown, Kaylee Brown, Christian Brown and Mariah Looney (Alex); and her great great grandchildren, Chevi Cravens, Wraelyn Cravens, Braelynn Mullins, William Mullins, Britley Looney, Emmarie Pierce, Adalynn Pierce, Gracie Pierce, Lily Pugsley, Noah Pugsley and Landon Pugsley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
