He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Looney and Ruth Looney; and his wife Patricia Ann Darby Looney. He is survived by: his children, C. J. Looney (Jenny) of Paragould and Sara Elizabeth Looney of Austin, Texas; his sister Patricia Jo Driscoll of Germantown, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Jon-Michael, Gabriel and Alexander. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
