He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard E. Oliver Sr. and Mary V. O'Banion Oliver; his grandparents, Jack, Dora G. O'Banion, Edgar L. Oliver, Robert Carroll and Ida Oliver Carroll; and his brothers, Jeffrey Wayne, Michael Keith and Dennis Ray.
He is survived by: his siblings, Millard E. Oliver Jr., Mary Diane Oliver of Jonesboro, Lisa Pryor (James) of Jonesboro and Deborah K. Martin (John Patrick) of Jonesboro; his sister-in-law Brenda May Oliver of Benton, Arkansas.; and his nieces and nephews, Aime Griffin (Clint), Susan Haug (Stewart), Elizabeth Cornish (Justin), Tiffany Bishop (BJ), Ginny Higerd (Adam), Katie Barnes (Justin) and Terry Martin. He is also survived by 13 great nephews, 11 great nieces, one great-great nephew, and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Benton Funeral Home (501 W 4th St, Fordyce, AR 71742). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Oakland Cemetery (742 Holmes St, Fordyce, AR 71742).
