He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Othellis Swink and Venoliur Pauline Swink; and his brother Dewayne Swink. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Hamrick Swink; his children, Brad Dewayne Swink (Madison) of Lake City and Kimberly McGuire (Shawn McGuire) of Wynne; his grandchildren, Caleb Swink, Alexis Swink, Matthew McCoy, Jackson McCoy, Samuel Swink, Ethan McGuire, Sadi Swink and Goldie Swink; and his siblings, Melvin Jr. Swink (Carol Swink) and Janie Ruth Crosby (Bob).
