He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Tilley and Vernie Sutterfield Tilley; and his siblings, Royal Tilley and Winona Pinner. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Byrd (Jim) of Jonesboro and Heather Swafford (Doug Brees); his grandchildren, Alysen Fulks (Justin), Cade Byrd and Sydney Byrd; his great grandchildren, Reid, Remington McCulloch and Oliver Fulks; his siblings, Charles Tilley (Ellie) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Wanda Webb (David) of Bay, Arkansas; and his close friend Tommie Jackson.
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel (603 W Main St, Blytheville, AR 72315). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
