With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Retha Annette McGarity of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in West Helena, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Roach and Delores Roach; her siblings, Howard Bradford and RoseAnne; her son Billy Vaughn; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, William Vaughn of Gordonsville, TN and Christina Hattenhauer (Greg Holt) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Mike Taylor (Donna) of Lonoke, Theresa Flowers (Millard), Lee Kemp of Lonoke and Susan of Kansas; her grandchildren, Sarah, Summer Vaughn of Gordonsville, TN, Adrian (Mikaylin) and JD Warner of Jonesboro; her great grandchildren, Grant, William, Nollan and Braylin; and her friend Nina Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Pine Hill Cemetery.
