He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lowell Ketchum and Carol Ann Brooks Ketchum. He is survived by: his brother Corey Allan Ketchum (Laura) of Ozark; his niece Katie Ketchum; and his nephew Jacob Ketchum. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
