He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Hernandez and Juventina Hernandez; his wife Esperanza Hernandez; and his brothers, Herlindo Hernandez and Francisco Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Agustin Hernandez, Francisco Hernandez, Eduardo Hernandez, Juan Daniel Hernandez, Teresa Hernandez, Juana Hernandez, Irma Hernandez, Celia Hernandez and Rosario Hernandez; and his siblings, Trinidad Hernandez and Angelina Hernandez. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
