He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Niell and Ima Jean Niell; and his brother Jimmy Niell of Sontag, Mississippi. He is survived by: his wife Lana Niell; and his children, Chad Niell, Richmond Niell (Barbara) of Jonesboro, Bradley Niell (Katina) of El Paso, Arkansas and Sherrie Lynn Hennessey (Tom) of Petersburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
