He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Phillip Bednar Sr. and Agnes Staudt Bednar; his wife Paula Bednar; and his brother Andrew Bednar Jr.. He is survived by: his son Anthony Joseph Bednar (Amy Elizabeth); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Paula Bednar and Addison Mary Bednar; and his siblings, David Bednar, Paul Bednar, Elizabeth Moore and Carolyn Meyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
