She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Cornish and Opal Barnett Cornish; and her siblings, Jesse Cornish, Gary Cornish, Tom Cornish, Loretta Cude and Anna Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband David Michael "Mike" Cook; her daughters, Paige Eddinger (Jerry) of Paragould and Dana Denis (Ryan) of Jonesboro; her grandsons, Drake Brown (Jessica) of Leachville, Brayden Denis of Jonesboro and Luke Denis of Jonesboro; her great grandchild Coleson Lee Brown; and her siblings, David Cornish, Mike Cornish, Ricky Cornish, Linda Womack, Nona Emmons and Rita Degges. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
