She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Townsend and Cordula Townsend; her husband Ralph Hawes; her daughter Roxanne Meyers; her granddaughter Faith Ann; and her siblings, Francis, Evelyn and Leon.

She is survived by: her children, Russell (Karen), Glenn (Carrie), Kevin (Pat) and Luann (Jim); her son-in-law Jim Meyers; her sister Shirley (Ed); her grandchildren, Jeffery (Tracy), Matthew (Lora), Melissa (Ryan), Jason (Stephanie), Shawn, Nathan (Rebecca), David (Ashley), Veronica (Chad), Rachel, Ryan and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Brittney, Chelsea, Ben, Haley, Olivia, James, Bethany, Leon, Lillian, Rylee, Gracie and Stella.
