We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Myra Lorraine Preston of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in West Monroe, Louisiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley D. VanCleave and Valerie Bryant VanCleave; her husband Louis Preston; and her sister Dee Etta Salvador. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Kalkbrenner of Jonesboro, Karla Poe (Mark) of Jonesboro and Paula Presley (Jeff) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Leta McNair of Phenix City, Alabama, Reginald VanCleave of Phenix City, Alabama and Mark VanCleave (Kris) of Galesburg, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Kent Kalkbrenner, Kyle Kalkbrenner (Wendy), Suzannah Jackson (Kenneth), Bryant Sizemore (Claire), Paul Preston (Chelsea), Lindsey Rose, Carl Harden and Lesley Loftis (Brandon). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greensboro Road Church of Christ (2008 N Old Greensboro Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72405). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
