He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Franklin and Allie Bishop May. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie May; his children, Jeremy May (Renee) of Huffman, Joshua May (Chandler Smith) of Edmond, Oklahoma., Holly Schimmel (Jacob) of Maumelle and Kendy Schimmel (Nathan) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Sam Schimmel, Daniel May, Sadie Schimmel, Tobin Schimmel, Caroline Schimmel, Vada Schimmel and River Schimmel; and his sisters, Wanda Lacy of Lepanto Monty and Janet May of Lepanto Monty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Southwest Church of Christ (1601 James St, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
