Michael Joe Ray Obituary

Michael Joe Ray, 72, of Jonesboro, Arkansas passed away at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital on March 13, 2024. He was born on July 14, 1951 in California to Jack and Mary (Wente) Ray. Michael was a locksmith and served around Northeast Arkansas for many years. He was also a sky diver and jumped over 1, 000 times during his career. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Survivors include; mother: Mary Jane Ray of McMinnville, Tennessee; one daughter: Jennifer Ray of Jonesboro, Arkansas; two granddaughters: Mikala Hagemeier of Joplin, Missouri and Hailey Walker (Drake) of Manila, Arkansas; two great grandchildren; two brothers: Steve Ray (Patty) of McMinnville, Tennessee and Roger Ray of McMinnville, Tennessee; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his father: Jack Joe Ray.

The family has requested private arrangements under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
