It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meridith Tims of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Edward Tims; and her brother Roger Tims. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Tims (Eddington) of Tuckerman; her siblings, Eddie Tims (Deana) of Newport, Sherry Smith (Benny) of Newport and Terry Hodges (Tim) of Jonesboro; her close friend Dustin South of Jonesboro; her sister-in-law Lucy Tims of Tuckerman; and her nephews, Kevin McGinnis (Marlana), Ethan McGinnis (Breanna), Weston Smith, Warren Smith and Eric Tims.
