With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Jean Knight West of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Bono, Arkansas, who passed away on July 10, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Goodman and Viola Goodman; her former husband Roy Knight; her husband Bill West; her son-in-law Alan McClurg; and her siblings, Lon Goodman and Mary Goodman Craft.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl McClurg of Memphis and Rise Rothe (Wesley) of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Katie Rothe of Jonesboro, Cary McClurg (Krista) of Fayetteville and Maggie Beck (Stephen); her great grandchildren, Landon Beck, Lucas Beck, Kason McClurg, Jesse Beck, Jude Beck and Noah McClurg; and her nieces, Betty Hogue Klinke and Barbara Ann Imboden Walker.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Children's Home in Paragould or Crowley's Ridge Academy, as lasting memorials for Margaret Jean Knight West.
