In loving memory of Lucy Meise of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Tupelo, Arkansas, who departed this world on September 7, 2024 at the age of 92. In the vast expanse of eternity, Lucy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lucy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Auther and Flossie Middlebrook (Coleman); her husband Gayle Meise; her siblings, Sammy Middlebrook and Kathleen Hunter; and her great grandchild Keegan Neldon.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Neldon (Mirinda) of Jonesboro and Samuel Martin Neldon (Sandy); and her siblings, Douglas Middlebrook (Brenda) of Union City, Tennessee, Linnie Pelkey of Searcy and Betty Moody of Mountain View. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
