With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda May George (Jonesboro, Arkansas), who passed away on October 8, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Linda May may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda May touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Brannen and Bonnie Cook Brannen. She is survived by: her husband Gary George; her son Bradley George (Tristan Rudd) of Cash; her aunt Carol Mendoza (Joe) of Visalia, CA; her stepdaughters, Laura Pierce (Wesley) of Jonesboro and Misty Shearin (Mike) of Ennis, TX.; her grandchildren, Kaylynn, Scotty Guthrie of Newport, Avery Howard and Jessie Owens of Jonesboro; and her adoptive daughter Amy Shelton of Newport. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
