She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Peeks and Mattie Peeks; her siblings, Lawrence Peeks, Jr., Ronald, Donald Peeks and Bonnie Clayton; and her son Leslie Charles Chalk, Jr. (Linda).
She is survived by: her children, Joshua Chalk (Tamara) of Dallas, Texas, Aaron Allen of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Robin Kirkwood of Houston; and her siblings, Ann Rowe (Lawrence) of Osceola, AR, Jennifer Jones (Larry) of Memphis, Wendy Young of Jonesboro, AR, Nita Johnson of Houston and Samuel Peeks of Jonesboro, AR. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
