He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Sullivan and Martha Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Becky Tate Sullivan; his son Michael Sullivan (Kristin Sullivan) of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Elizabeth "Ellie" Sullivan and Samuel "Sam" Sullivan; his siblings, Dr. Karen Hamilton (Bill Hamilton) of Spanish Fort, Brian Sullivan (Chris Sullivan) of Kenosha, Dennis Sullivan (Rita Sullivan) of Wurzburg, Germany and Marcey Broach (Steve Broach) of Conway; and his sister-in-law Diane Somers of Blytheville. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Blytheville Humane Society or to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
