He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julian R. Allen and Pearl J. Allen (Thomas); his wife Janice Allen (Hoover); his children, Timothy Dale Allen, Lavelda Allen, Renotta Luker (Eddie) and Amanda Saliba; and his grandchildren, Bedrea Alenezi, Julian Kyle Estes, Allison Estes, Maranda Saliba, Philip Saliba and Tristen Lopez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Salvation Ministries (5071 AR-226 Spur, Jonesboro, AR 72404). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
