She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricio Nunez-Vega and Bruna Perez-Hernandez; and her sisters, Sixta and Roberta Nunez. She is survived by: her husband Victor Manuel Mejia; her siblings, Maria, Norberto, Esteban, Benita, Emiliano, Aurelio, Ponciano, Gerarda, Isaias and Francisca; and her children, Olga, Luisa, Paula, Maura, Victor, Maria and Joel. She is also survived by her 21 grandchildren and 14 Great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Iglecia Tabernaculo Bautista (726 E Johnson Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oaklawn Cemetery Sw Corner of West Matthew.
