He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Collins and Andrew Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Jonae and Addison; and his siblings, Brunita Baraks (Fred), Janice Henry (Donald), Lois Jean Campbell, Charles Campbell (Carloyn) and Andrew Collins Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
