He was predeceased by: his father Henry "Bud" Sandy. He is survived by: his mother Linda Powell Crawford; his stepfather Perry Crawford; his daughters, Monica Grissom (Kyler) of Cord and Destynie Moore (Kolton) of Cave City; his brothers, Paul Sandy of Batesville and Chad Sandy of Batesville; his stepsiblings, James Crawford (Darlene) of Batesville and Stacey Couch (Kevin) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Noah Grissom, Opal Moore, Klara Moore and Klint Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
