He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Johnson and Freda Johnson. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Jane Johnson of Jonesboro; his daughter-in-law Angel Smothers; his grandchildren, Jayden, Madison and Amiah; his siblings, Ben Johnson of Eastwood, Missouri, Helen Morgan of Eastwood, Mary Ellen Cox of Arnold, Missouri and Venus "Sissy" Allen of Paragould; and his close friends, Mike Shutt, Ricky Lee Phelps, Jim Collins and David Poloski.
