He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Mary Lucille Story (Finley); and his brother Jerry Lynn Story. He is survived by: his wife Myra Story (Crain); his daughters, Tricia Holden (Richard), Alicia Story and Autumn Story; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Farnsworth (Josh Paul), Mikaela Chipman (Kaeleb), Mikenzie Couch (David Merwitz), Symantha Riley, Nathaniel Powell (Clara), Ashlyn Eddy (Joseph), Adelayde Baker and Kase Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Emma Paul, Addisyn Paul, Audreigh Chipman, Kamryn Chipman, Asher Merwitz, Olivia Powell, Beau Eddy and Jackie Eddy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Family Fellowship Baptist Church (2441 N Old Greensboro Rd, Jonesboro, AR 72405). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
