He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pa Don, Carl Henley, Howard and Jonny Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell Faulkner and Jamie Clark (Michael); his children, Layton Faulkner, Axton Faulkner and Copelynn Faulkner; his siblings, Nikki Mullins (Tyler), Karleigh Clark and Jamie Faulkner; his nephew Isaiah Mullins; and his grandmother Irene Henley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
