She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Lunsford and Etha Mae Canter Lunsford; her siblings, Jeanie Richardson, Georgia Carter, Jessica Pinchback, Randell Lunsford and Terry Lunsford; and her grandson Nolan Scarborough.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Scarborough (Darla) of Lumberton, TX and Kevin Scarborough (Brandi) of Paragould, AR; her siblings, Ralph Lunsford (Trena) of Little Rock, AR, Richard Lunsford (Inez) of Trinity, AL, Betty Minton of Little Rock, AR and Alice Guy of Jonesboro, AR; and her grandchildren, Holly Scarborough, Lauren Allen (Zachary), Anna Sheppard (Keaton) and Mason Scarborough.
