He is survived by: his wife Rita Foster Smith; his siblings, Larry Smith of California, Barry Smith of Illinois, Kerri Carter (Perry Byrd) of Jonesboro, Terry Smith and Justin Smith of Arkansas; and his brother-in-law Barry Foster (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
