He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michalle Kaylor, Stephanie McMurray and John Straub. He is survived by: his sister Patty Throgmartin; his brother-in-law Danny Throgmartin; his nephew Shay Throgmartin; his niece Misty Alberda; and his close friends, Wayne McClard and Dr. Hans Hacker.
In lieu of flowers, the family instead requests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or the March of Dimes.
