It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Lewis Hogue of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Hogue and Thelma Bryant Hogue of Weiner; and his brothers, John Hogue and Ronald Hogue. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hogue; his children, Kathy Hogue, Cindy Mixsooke, Derek Hogue (Holly) and Todd Hogue (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Leslie Scribner (John), Nathan Hogue (Alissa), J. D. Hogue, Ashley Dixon (Blake), Patrick Hogue (Amy) and Taylor Hogue. He is also survived by nine great grand children and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was a breast cancer survivor and was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in later life.
